Interested In Vending?
- If approved for vending, small vendor fee is $25 for a 10×10 space and large vendor fee is $35 for a 10×20 space.
- Set up starts at 4:00 pm and the event starts at 6 pm sharp so vendors must be finished setting up by 5:45pm. (guests typically arrive early so we recommend starting as soon as you’re able).
- If you need more set-up time, please reach out and we can give you an earlier start.
- Event ends at 10pm but you’re welcome to stay after to hang out, vend, or just finish cleaning up.
- There is a $25 100% refundable deposit, on the condition that you don’t no-show, your space is left clean, no borrowed equipment is broken, and you don’t leave earlier than scheduled without authorization.
- The deposit must be paid immediately via Venmo or check.
- Battery operated lights are recommended, as food handlers will take priority.
- All vendors are responsible for bringing their own equipment. If you need to borrow anything, please include that in your application and we will let you know if we can accommodate.

- Performers are welcome a free meal or a take-home fruit & vegetable box, two free drinks, a free camping pass, guest tips, and so much more!
- If approved, there is a $25 100% refundable deposit to secure scheduled time slot.
- Deposit is returned to you, provided no-show, your space is left clean, no borrowed equipment is broken, and you don’t leave earlier than scheduled without authorization.
- The deposit must be paid immediately via Venmo or check.
- Performers do not pay booth fee, but are required to pay refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
- You may begin setup up to 30 minutes before your scheduled timeslot, if you require more time, please let an organizer know ahead of time.
- Event ends at midnight but you’re welcome to stay after to clean up if you need extra time.
- Performers are encouraged to accept tips or place a tip basket in front of stage during your time slot.
Code Of Conduct:
- All participants are required to treat others with respect and kindess at all times. We have a zero hate tolerance.
- No abusive content is allowed, including hate symbols, advocacy for violence, and more.
- All waivers must be signed before event start.
- If you have an emerency and cannot make it to the event, please let our events manager know as soon as you do.
- If you cannot afford fees due to financial hardship, you may be eligible for a fee reduction or waiver. This is entirely up to the discretion of our events manager, so please inquire.
Please Note: We Cannot hold a spot for your booth or performance until dues have been paid in full. We appreciate your understanding.
