  • Low physical impact tasks available for ADA Volunteers.
  • There is a $25 100% refundable deposit for vendors and performers to secure a time slot. It will promptly be returned on the condition that you don’t no-show, your space is left clean, no borrowed equipment is broken, and you don’t leave earlier than scheduled without authorization. This deposit is paid ahead of time via Venmo or check.

  • Performers do not pay booth fee, but are required to pay refundable deposit to secure your time slot.
  • There is a $25 100% refundable deposit, on the condition that you don’t no-show, your space is left clean, no borrowed equipment is broken, and you don’t leave earlier than scheduled without authorization. The deposit is paid ahead of time via Venmo or check.
  • If approved for vending, small vendor fee is $25 for a 10×10 space and large vendor fee is $40 for a 10×20 space.
  • If you are experiencing financial hardship, please contact us to see if you are eligible for a fee reduction or waiver.
  • Set up starts at 3:00 pm and the event starts at 5 pm sharp so vendors must be finished setting up by 4:45.
  • If you need more set-up time, please reach out and we can give you an earlier start.
  • Event ends at midnight but you’re welcome to stay after to clean up if you need extra time.
  • Battery powered lights are recommended, as food vendors have priority for electricity access.
