 By purchasing Your CSA at Midway Farms you gain access to the best local products from local farm families. Many of these items cannot be found elsewhere.

How your Custom Choice CSA works is you choose what you want in your custom choice box. You may come in to fill your box or email your choice three days in advance of your pick up and we will custom fill your box. You may start at a $100 a month subscription. We give you 10% up front which would give you $110 in Custom Choice CSA credit for any items we carry.

When you shop remember that the price you pay is 10% lower than marked. Some items like ground beef, duck, butter, sour cream etc. there is a larger discount for our members. Example: for walk in customers Duck is $8.95#.  Pre-pay customers pay $7.50#.  Wholesale price for ten birds or more is $6.95#.  CSA members pay only $6.70#. That is $3.25# savings only for CSA members.

Some products are only available to our pre-paid & Custom Choice CSA members. The items available only to our members may include: meats (duck, beef, chicken, rabbit, etc.) limited quantities of jams, jellies, juices or raw sauerkraut to name a few items. Some items are seasonal & only available once in a year like pickles or soup stock.etc.  We also have delicious berries. You may even add a bouquet of flowers to you CSA.

Any time you do not use up your credit within the month it is simply transferred to the following month. If you find you would like to increase your use of local foods you may increase your subscription at any time.
